Le Dix-Septieme Jour

C'était une autre grande journée de voyage! Après le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel Ibis, nous avons embarqué pour la journée de bus jusqu'à Paris. Nous avons dormi, nous avons joué et nous avons parlé pour passer les 10 heures dans l'autobus. Finalement, nous sommes arrivés à Paris - et nous étions prêts à voir la ville immédiatement. Pendant la soirée, quelques personnes ont visité les monuments et sont montés en haut de la tour Eiffel, pendant que d'autres ont mangé un dîner vraiment français (3 heures!). Bien que quelques personnes ont été un peu perdues dans le métro, tout le monde est rentré à l'hôtel et a bien dormi!

Another long day of traveling! After an early breakfast at the Hotel Ibis, we once again boarded the bus for a long sleepy ride to Paris. People slept, people played games and people talked to pass the 10 hours spent on the bus.
Finally, we arrived in Paris - very excited to see the first views of the Eiffel Tower. Everyone was eager to get out and explore the city right away. The night was spent visiting monuments for some, and eating leisurely French dinners for others (3 hours long!). Although some people spent a bit of time confused on the metro, we all ended up safe and sound at the hotel, looking forward to another day of exploring.
